What a live exception desk looks like
This page is the working picture behind the flagship review. It is not a product tour. It is the sequence we watch when we sit your room.
- The incoming clerk reads the clip before touching the radio. Hot loads stay physically separate from ordinary late gates.
- Each open line shows a unit number, a next action, and a too-late time. If a line lacks a time, it is not yet an exception; it is a rumor.
- Late gate and missed window keep separate clocks. Detention math follows the clock that actually expired.
- Weather, customer delay, and yard ice are named. “Weather” alone is not allowed to sit overnight.
- OS&D notes close with a count, a seal, a door, and a person. Reconsignment lives on another clip.
- At changeover the spoken briefing is shorter than eight minutes. The paper is readable in three.
Where the desktop copy fits
If the desk keeps a local tracking utility, it is checked after the paper, never instead of it. Compatibility mentions on this site refer to that record-keeping use. The listing, when you want it, is on Veve and is a normal web link, not a file.
