Refunds and cancellations
These rules apply to the professional sit-ins, walkthroughs, coaching blocks, and workshops listed on this site. They do not apply to goods we do not sell, to freight we do not carry, or to any desktop listing hosted by a third party such as Veve.
Eligibility
A refund is available when we cancel a confirmed engagement and cannot offer a new date within thirty days, or when you cancel in writing (email) within the timeframes below. Informal comments on a radio during a sit-in are not a cancellation.
Timeframe
- More than ten working days before the first on-site day: full refund of fees paid to us, minus any non-refundable travel already purchased at your request.
- Five to ten working days before: 50% of the professional fee. Travel already bought is not returned.
- Fewer than five working days, or after we have arrived at the gate: no refund of the professional fee, unless we are unable to perform because of our own illness or a refusal of agreed access that is our fault.
Full or partial refunds
If weather or a yard incident stops a review after it has started, we bill the days already sat and refund the unused remainder of the professional fee. Written boards already delivered are not refundable.
Non-refundable items
Gate escort fees, badges, printed packs you asked us to produce, and third-party room hire for a workshop are not refundable once paid to the third party. The Veve listing, if you obtain it there, follows Veve’s own terms; we do not refund that listing from this desk.
Process
Send a refund request to contact@bundlelogicgrid.digital with the engagement date and the reason. We confirm in writing within five working days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the same method used to pay us, typically within fifteen working days after approval. Bank timelines after we release the funds are outside our control.

Cancellation and rescheduling
You may ask once to move a date if you write at least ten working days ahead and we have capacity. A second move is treated as a cancellation. We may reschedule if a reviewer cannot travel; you may then accept a new date or take a full refund of the professional fee.
Deposits
We may ask for a 30% deposit to hold dates. The deposit follows the same percentage rules as the professional fee.
No-shows
If the named host is absent and nobody else can walk us in, the day is treated as delivered. We will wait one hour at the gate unless you have already written that the lot is closed.
Work already started
Once observation has begun, that day’s fee is earned. Sample sheets we have already read are not “unused materials.”
Purchased materials
Clipboards, printed slips, or sample pads bought for your workshop are yours once delivered and are not refundable.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer rights under the law of Georgia (GE) are not limited by this page. If those rights give you more, those rights apply.
