Rates follow the yard, not a seat license
Fees are quoted after a phone call about door count, shift pattern, and whether we need badges or escorts. The figures below are starting points for a single site. They are informational. Nothing on this page is a checkout.
Exception desk review
From USD 4,800 for two consecutive working days plus the written board. Larger lots, bonded areas, or bilingual notes (English and Georgian) are quoted higher.
Route sheet walkthrough
USD 1,150 for a half-day table session on five to eight recent routes. Remote reading of scanned sheets is the same fee if the yard cannot host visitors.
Shift handoff coaching
USD 2,900 for three observed changeovers across two weeks, including a rewritten slip. Extra visits are billed at USD 850 each.
Exception class workshop
USD 1,600 for one morning, twelve people at most. Room hire, if we book it, is passed through at cost.
What moves a quote
- Travel beyond the agreed radius, overnight stays, and escort fees at the gate
- A second language on the board when clerks work in Georgian and English
- Hazardous or bonded lots that restrict where a visitor may stand
- A request to observe a weekend peak instead of a weekday pattern
What is not billed here
The desktop tracking utility, when someone wants a local copy of slips, is listed separately through Veve. It is not a monthly operations fee from this page.
